So, you think you’ve got what it takes to create the kind of memorable experiences our guests will cherish for life? Great! While we usually invite people who are currently staying with us as guests to join our dynamic team, a well-written email with a quality CV attached has been known to catch our attention.

We generally prefer our teams to stay with us for a full summer or winter season, which lasts around six months. Our small but dedicated team work full-time hours, with no overnight shifts required. All team members stay on-site at the hostel, in private staff accommodation.
