Our Reception team are available to help between 9:00am – 7:00pm daily.
If you do need help during the evening, you will find our team in the kitchen between 10-11pm.

We take security seriously here at Adventure Hostels.
All guests will have an access code to enter the hostel, and to the floor that their room is on, after 7:00pm (or when our reception is closed). This code is updated every two weeks.
We advise that you have a photo of, or memorise this code, so you do not get locked out in the evenings.
This code can be found on our reception desk.
We have high-speed Wifi available in all rooms and areas of the hostel, suitable for streaming and video calls.

Kitchen and Dining can be found on Level 1, past the Reception area.
Kitchen and Dining area is open from 5:30am to 11:00pm.
When storing food; please label your food bag or box with your name and check-out date. This is very important as we do throw out unlabelled food from our fridges and shelves. Tape and pens can be found on the center island.
Like any communal kitchen, if you use it, please clean up after yourself – Leave it clean and ready for the next person to use.
Please use the fridge which is labelled with your room name. This helps us to keep our fridges clean and tidy
Drinking water is available from any tap in the building, kitchen or bathroom
Our Guest Lounge is located on Level 1, just past reception. Our Lounge Features the following:
Adventure Hostels are designed to be social, interactive hostels where people from across the world can meet, hang out, swap travel stories and have a casual drink together.
Your hostel team run activities most nights of the week, designed to help our guests and travellers to interact and engage with each other.
Most of our activities start from the kitchen at 9pm, with exception of Movie Nights, which start at 7:30pm.
Chat to our team to find out about tonights activity or how to get involved. You’ll find tonights event postered around the hostel
Please note, we are a social hostel and this does mean that it can be loud at times, especially in communal spaces. This is the nature of social hostels.
Quiet time starts when our kitchen closes, at 11pm.
Communal Bathrooms can be found on Levels 1-3 just past the Guest rooms.
Our Bathrooms are cleaned twice daily, but please do inform our team if any of our toilets or showers that are in need of a quick clean.
Towels are included as part of your stay, one will be found on your bed. If required. please ask our reception team for a fresh towel during opening hours.
Hairdryers, straighteners are available at our Beauty station, found in the Guest Lounge
Our team offer a simple laundry service. We do not have self-service washing machines at the hostel.
as part of this service, we will wash, dry and return your clothes to your room/bunk when ready.
This service is available during our reception opening hours, while we can’t guarantee same-day service we will try our best to get your laundry completed on the same day.
Either drop your laundry off at Reception with your own hamper or bag, or request a laundry hamper from our team.

Check out time is 10:00am
If you are departing early, before our reception opens, simply drop your key into the Key Drop box, located either by Reception or at the Front Door / main entrance.
Please leave your name tag, linen and towel on your bed. We will take care of the rest.
While you must be out of the room by 10am, you are very welcome to make use of the hostel facilities before you depart, feel free to hang out in the lounge, make a late breakfast or take a shower before you head off.
Luggage Storage is available free-of-charge for up to 7-nights post-stay. So if you’re going hiking and want to leave a bag with us for a few nights. Speak to our reception team.
Our main luggage room is found just by Reception on Level 1, we have an overflow Luggage room on Level 3
